SAH has partnered with INOCOOP SP through Mario Marconini, an SAH partner. INOCOOP SP is a leading and prestigious non-profit non-governmental construction corporation building affordable housing in Sao Paulo State, having built and sold more than 115,000 popular housing units.
Modelo Construction Company:
SAH has an umbrella agreement with Modelo, one of the largest and experienced popular housing construction companies in Brazil, with a reputation for quality, timeliness and integrity. Modelo will help generate the teams SAH will need to build the homes in each project, and has a 20 year working relationship with INOCOOP.
AECOM/PADCO:
AECOM, the global design, engineering, program management, construction management, operations and maintenance support and management company with a mission to enhance and sustain the world's built, natural and social environments, and its acquisition PADCO, Inc., a Washington, D.C.-based firm that provides management and consulting services to developing and transitional countries worldwide with nearly 40 years of experience in 100 countries, will provide physical planning and quality control.
CRT Capital Group:
A leading trader for U.S. hedge funds and an expert in cross-border transactions has structured and successfully financed popular housing in Latin America for a number of years employing a proven 'transparent' trust arrangement that is operated and overseen by major international banks experienced in such functions.
Leveraged Relationships
The success of the SAH model is built on the financial leverage of debt and the deliberate mitigation of risk balanced in the design of each project.
- SAH overhead consists of its working partners and will include experts in various areas of construction supervision.
- SAH takes a developer's fee from each venture, arranges for all the financing and acquires the project profits for itself and any partner so identified in each community development plan.
- Parsons and 84 Lumber are working very closely with SAH and are providing advice, materials and financial support.
- Our financial advisors at CRT CAPITAL GROUP, Stamford, CT, provide debt related financing for projects over a thousand houses.
